EBU HAFS ÖMER EN-NESEFÎ'NİN HADİS/SÜNNET ANLAYIŞI (ET-TEYSÎR Fİ'T-TEFSÎR'İ ÖZELİNDE)

Abstract

Çalışmada Ebû Hafs Ömer en-Nesefî'nin (ö. 537/1142) hadis ve sünnete olan yaklaşımı ile hadis yorumculuğu konu edilmiştir. Tezin amacı Nesefî'nin Hz. Peygamber'e atfedilen rivayetleri kullanım metodu ve bu rivayetlere dair yorumlarının tespitidir. Bunun yanı sıra araştırmada Nesefî'nin, Ehl-i Sünnet karşıtlığıyla bilinen mezheplerin görüşlerini nakzetmek maksadıyla ortaya koyduğu tavrın yansımalarından bahsedilmiştir. Nesefî'nin hadise dair anlayışı, sünnete olan bağlılığı, hadis yorumculuğu ve itikadi konuları hadisle delillendirmesi gibi önem arz eden bazı meseleler ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel kaynağını Nesefî'nin et-Teysîr fi't-Tefsîr adlı eseri oluşturmuştur. İlgili kitap incelenmiş, kullanılan hadisler taranmış, bu hadislere dair yapılan açıklamalar tespit edilmiştir. Hadis nakli hususunda müfessirlerin genel tavrını sergilemiştir. Hadis değerlendirmelerinde ise Hanefî/Mâtürîdî geleneğin sergilediği tavra uygun bir biçimde hareket etmiştir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında kelamcı ve müfessir özelliğiyle tanınan Nesefî'nin hadislere dair yaptığı önemli yorumlar ve hadisi gerek itikadî gerekse fıkhî meselelerde delil olarak kullanması, hadisleri anlama açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bunlara ilaveten hadisle alakalı kullandığı ıstılahlara yüklediği anlamların tespitine de gayret edilmiştir. Son olarak Nesefî'nin kendi düşüncelerini temellendirirken mütevâtir hadisler başta olmak üzere meşhur hadisleri ve haber-i vâhidleri de kullandığı müşahede edilmiştir.

This study examines the approach of Abu Hafs Umar al-Nasafi (d. 537/1142) to hadith and Sunnah, and his interpretation of hadith. The aim of the thesis is to identify Nasafi's method of using narrations attributed to the Prophet and his interpretations of these narrations. In addition, the reflections of Nasafi's stance in refuting the views of sects known for their opposition to Ahl al-Sunnah are discussed. Important issues such as Nasafi's understanding of hadith, his adherence to the Sunnah, his interpretation of hadith, and his use of hadith as evidence for matters of faith are addressed. The primary source of this study is Nasafi's work, al-Taysir fi't-Tafsir. The work was examined, the hadiths used were reviewed, and the explanations given for these hadiths were identified. According to the information obtained, unlike the hadith scholars, Nesefi did not narrate the hadiths he transmitted with a continuous chain of transmission. In his evaluations of hadiths, he acted in accordance with the approach exhibited by the Hanafi/Maturidi tradition. From this perspective, Nesefi, known for his theological and exegetical skills, made significant interpretations of hadiths and used them as evidence in both doctrinal and jurisprudential matters, which is important for understanding hadiths. In addition, efforts have been made to determine the meanings he attributed to the terminology he used in relation to hadiths. Finally, it has been observed that Nesefi used mutawatir hadiths, as well as well-known and single-narrator hadiths, to substantiate his own thoughts.
