Klinik Olarak Stabil Dental İmplant Çevresi Mikrobiyal Flora

Abstract

Doğumla birlikte, steril ağız boşluğunda oral mikrobiyal flora şekillenmeye başlar ve dişlerin ağız içine sürmesiyle bu süreç devam eder. Periodontal sağlıktan hastalığa geçişte mevcut mikrobiyal florada nitel ve nicel anlamda birtakım değişimler meydana gelir. Periimplant mikrobiyota, dental implant yerleştirildikten çok kısa bir süre sonra oluşur ve yerleştirildiği floraya benzer özellikler gösterir. İmplantasyondan önce ağız boşluğunda bulunan mikroflora, implant çevresinde yeni oluşan mikrofloranın kompozisyonunu belirler. Başarısız implantların etrafındaki mikrobiyal flora ile klasik olarak periodontal hastalıkla ilişkili organizmalar arasında bir benzerlik vardır. Bu makalede dental implant çevresi mikrobiyal flora güncel literatür ışığında gözden geçirilmiştir.

At birth, the oral microbial flora begins to form in the sterile oral cavity and this process continues as the teeth erupt into the mouth. In the transition from periodontal health to disease, a number of qualitative and quantitative changes occur in the existing microbial flora. The periimplant microbiota is formed very soon after the dental implant is placed and shows characteristics similar to the flora in which it is placed. The microflora present in the cavity before implantation determines the definition of the newly formed microflora of the implant. Failed implants have a similarity to organisms with the microbial flora. In this article, the microbial flora around the dental implant was reviewed in the light of the current literature.
