MEHMET AKİF ERSOY'UN DİNİ VE SİYASİ FİKİRLERİ

Abstract

Yaşadığı dönem göz önüne alındığında belki de İslam Dünyasının en sıkıntılı ve zor dönemlerini yaşadığını söyleyebileceğimiz 19. ve 20. yüzyıla şahit olmuş bir karakterdir Mehmet Akif. Gördüğü eğitim ve kendi çalışmaları göz önüne alındığında kendi döneminin en bilgili ve dini ilimlere vukufiyeti pek fazla olmadığı görülecektir. Bununla birlikte onun bulunduğu konum ve yaptıkları, onu, Cumhuriyet döneminin en tanınmış kişilerinden biri kılmaktadır.Akif'in kalemi ve şiiri sadece İslam için vardır diyebiliriz. Zira o Müslümanların içerisinde bulunduğu duruma kayıtsız kalmamış, bu durum karşısında derin bir üzüntü duyarken aynı zamanda, Müslümanları bu hale getiren etkenler üzerinde kafa yormuştur. Dinin Müslümanlar açısından ne anlama geldiği ve nasıl anlaşıldığı onun zihnini meşgul eden temel husustur. Bu durumu ortaya koyduktan sonra Akif, Müslümanların yaşadığı ve algıladığı din ile gerçekte olması gereken dinin nasıl anlaşılması ve yaşanması gerektiği konusunda bilgiler verir.Bu din sadece vicdanlara hapsedilmiş, dünya ile hiçbir alakası olmayan bir din değildir. Din hem dünya ve hem de ahiret içindir. Dolayısıyla din-dünya kesinlikle bir birinden ayrılamaz. Bunun için din, insanların bu dünyada mutlu bir yaşam sürmelerinin, güzel bir şekilde idare edilmelerinin en temel güvencesi ve şartlarından biri olduğundan doğru bir şekilde anlaşılmalıdır.

Mehmet Akif, when the period that he lived in considered, had been an eye-witness character of perhaps the most troublesome and the hardest times of the Islamic World in the 19th and 20th centuries. When taking his education and his works into account, It has been seen that he is not a person who is the most well-informed one and also he has not have a comprehensive knowledge in religious sciences in his time. Besides this, the position he stands and his doings make him one of the most famous persons in the Republican Period.We can say that Akif?s pen and poetry only exist for Islam. Because he wouldn?t be uncorcerned fort he situation that muslims fell in, while he had a deep sorrow about this condition at the same time he pondered about the problems which led muslims into this situatinon. What is religion to be meant by muslims and how is it understood by them is the basic subject that busy his mind. After bringing up this matter, Akif gives some information about the religion muslims live and perceive and the true religion how it must be understood and lived by muslims.This religion is not a religion only imrisoned into consciences and has not any connection to the real world. Religion is both for this world and Hereafter. Consequently, religion and the world cannot be absolutely separated from each other. Because of this, religion is the basic guarantee and principle for the people who want to live happily and to be governed nicely so, ıt must be understood and put into practive correctly.
