Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin spor liselerini algılama düzeyleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada; Türkiye’deki Spor Liselerinin bulunduğu illerde görev yapan Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin spor liselerini algılama düzeyleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Görüşleri belirlemek amacı ile survey-tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veriler, anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiş ve toplam 773 anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Türkiye’deki beden eğitimi öğretmenleridir. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise, Spor Lisesi bulunan illerde görev yapan 2605 Öğretmenden 773 beden eğitimi öğretmenleridir. Öğretmen görüşleri incelendiğinde; spor liselerinin kendi illerinde bulunmasının, sporun kalkınması acısından olumlu yönde etkisinin olmasıyla beraber, spor liselerinin idareci ve öğretmenleri seçilirken daha özen gösterilmesi, MEB’in hizmet içi eğitim kurslarına sadece spor lisesi öğretmenlerini kabul etmesinin, diğer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki gelişimlerini olumsuz yönde etkilemiş olduğu gibi sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

The purpose of the current study is to find out physical education teachers' perception of sports high schools. To examine teachers' perceptions, survey methodology is used. 773 conducted surveys have analyzed. In general, research focused on physical education teachers. For sampling purposes, 773 physical education teachers working at sports high schools surveyed. Surveys suggest that physical education teachers think that having a sports high schools is helpful to cities' development in terms of sports. However, administrators should pay more attention to school management appointments. Besides, inviting physical education teachers from only Sports High Schools to the trainings held my MEB (National Education Ministry) is an obstacle to the development of physical education teachers from other schools.
