Olfactory reference syndrome treated with quetiapine: a case Olfactory reference syndrome (ORS) is a rare disorder in which the affected person is excessively preoccupied by the concern that their body emits very unpleasant odors and believes people have negative reactions to this perceived fault. In literature, several ORS cases, successfully treated by pimozide and rlsperidone, have been reported, though no report was found about quetiapine-treated ORS. Here, we report a case treated with quetiapine involving a man who believed that he emitted the odor of feces.
