ELAZIĞ İLİ İÇME SUYU PROBLEMLERİ VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ

Abstract

Günümüzdeki hzl nüfus art, sulu tarmn yaygnlamas ve endüstriyel kalknma, doal su sistemini nicelik ve nitelik yönünden zorlamaktadr. Bu durum, su ile ilgisi olan yasal, idari, sosyal, teknik ve ekonomik tüm faaliyetleri entegre bir biçimde kapsayan su kaynaklar yönetimine daha bilinçli ve sistematik yaklalmasn zorunlu klmaktadr. Su küresel ölçekte tükenmeyen doal kaynaklar grubu içinde saylabilirse de, bölgesel ve yerel olarak sonlu bir kaynak durumundadr. Elaz'da özellikle terör nedeni ile alnan göçler ve düzensiz ehirlemeden dolay, mevcut içme suyu ebekesi 2010 yllarndan sonra yetersiz duruma düecektir. Artan nüfus ihtiyacna cevap verebilecek kaynak ve eskiyip deitirilmesi gerekli olan tesislerin de gözden geçirilerek içme suyunun kalite ve nicelik olarak iyiletirilmesi konusu da ayr bir önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalmada Elaz linin 2025 ylna kadar içme ve kullanma suyu ihtiyac belirlenmi, bu ihtiyac giderebilecek alternatif kaynaklar aratrlm ve içme suyu tesisleri incelenerek sorunlar belirlenmeye çallm ve çözüm önerileri sunulmutur.
