| dc.description.abstract | 53 yaşında bayan hastada, kolonoskopi sonrası perforasyon şüphesi ile çekilen ayakta direk karın grafisinde diafragma altında serbest hava gözlendi. Eksplorasyonda transvers kolon, hepatik fleksura ve ince bağırsak mezosunda yer yer hava içeren kistik yapılar gözlendi. Ancak herhangi bir intestinal perforasyon alanına rastlanmadı. Hasta operasyondan 8 gün sonra problemsiz taburcu edildi. | |
