GOOGLE TABANLI GELİŞMİŞ UYDU HABERLEŞME SİSTEMİ YERİNDEN YÖNETİM YAZILIMI

Abstract

Google haritaları, günümüzde yaygın olarak kullanılan ve kullanımı kolay harita teknolojisi sağlayan bir google hizmetidir. Genellikle adres bulma, yol tarifi, konum bildirme vb. amaçlarla kullanılmasına rağmen ücretsiz olarak kullanılabilmesi ve kodlama imkânı vermesinden dolayı bireysel ve kurumsal haritalar oluşturmak için kullanılabilmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında, Google haritaları kullanımına yönelik iki farklı uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunlardan biri Fırat Harita uygulması diğeri ise Siber Suç Harita uygulamasıdır. Fırat Harita uygulaması, Fırat Üniversitesi?ndeki yerleşim birimlerini kategorizeli bir sistem ile tek bir Google haritası üzerinde gösterilmesini sağlayan bir uygulamadır. Fırat Harita uygulaması sayesinde kurum ve kuruluşların kendilerine has bir yerleşim haritası oluşturmasının yanı sıra güvenli erişim olanakları da sağlamaktadır. Fırat Harita uygulamasının oluşturduğu harita sistemi sadece o kurum ve kuruluşların sunucuları tarafından görüntülenebilmektedir. Siber Suç Harita uygulamasında ise, siber suçların en çok işlendiği yerler harita üzerinde gösterilebilecek ayrıca kullanıcıların suç ihbarları yapabilmesi sağlanabilecektir. Bu sayede, bilişim suçları ile mücadele birimlerine, ihbarların değerlendirilmesi ve suçlara hızlı bir şekilde müdahalede etmede destek sağlanması düşünülmektedir. Geliştirilen bu iki uygulama ile, Google haritalarının farklı uygulama alanlarında rahatlıkla kullanılabileceği gösterilmiştir. Google haritalarına, veri tabanı bağlantısı yapılıp haritaların özelleştirilmesi sağlanarak istenen amaca uygun, güvenli ve kullanışlı haritalar oluşturulabilmesi mümkündür. Developed with these two applications, can easily be used in different application areas shown in Google maps.
