MUHAMMAD BIN ABDULLAH EL-ZIYARETI'NIN TEVHIDÜ'S-SANI BI BURHANI'T -TEMANÜ'SÜ TAHKIK VE AÇIKLAMA

Abstract

Bu çalışma Molla Muhammed b. Abdullah ez-Ziyâretî'ye ait Tevhîdu's-sâni' bi burhâni't-temanu' isimli eserinin incelenmesini ve tahkikini içermektedir. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm; müellifin hayatını ele almaktadır. Bu bağlamda ismi, lakabı, nesebi, yetiştiği ortam, hocaları, fıkhî ve itikadi mezhebi ile eserleri gibi kişisel ve ilmi hayatı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölüm; kitabın ismi, özellikleri, müellife nisbetinin güvenilirliği, kitabı yazma sebebi, kaynakları, kitabın yöntemi ve ondan bazı alıntılar olmak üzere kitabın tanıtımını içermektedir. Üçüncü bölüm; çalışmanın ana hedefi olan kitabın tahkik metodunu ele almaktadır. Ayrıca bu bölümde Burhânu't-temânu' isimli eserdeki ayetlerin surelerine işaret edilmesi, hadislerin ana kaynaklardan tahrici, müellifin bahsettiği itikadi meselelerin muteber kelamcıların eserlerinden tahrici, kişilerin hayat hikayelerine değinilmesi, müellifin diğer alimlerin eserlerinden yaptığı alıntıların güvenilirliğinin değerlendirilmesi, ilave açıklama ve izaha ihtiyaç duyan konuların yorumlanması ve müellifin kendi görüşlerinin açıklanması ele alınan diğer konulardır. Bu kitabın asıl önemi müellifin 'Eğer orada (yerde ve gökte) başka ilahlar olsaydı o ikisi fesada uğrardı' ayetinden istidlal ettiği akli deliller bağlamında en hassas kelami meseleleri ele almasıdır. Ayrıca orada alimlerin görüşlerini, itirazlarını ve ilmi cevaplarını açıklamıştır. Bu bağlamda kitap mukaddime, üç fasıl ve bir hatimeden oluşmaktadır. Eser ayrıca kıymetli bir önsöz içermektedir. Sonra yazar mukaddime kısmında ehadiyet kavramını ve vahid ile edad arasındaki farkı açıklamıştır. Ardından meşhur Burhânu't-temânu' eserine başlamıştır. Sonra ayetlerin manasını açıklamış ve ????/lev kelimesinin tahkikini yapmıştır. Son olarak müminin ilk görevinin marifetullah veya nazar veya kasd olmasıyla ilgili ihtilafı ele almıştır. This thesis contains the study and investigation of Mullah Mohammed bin Abdulla's book "Tawhid Al-Sanih bi-Burhan al-Tamanuh", which is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is a biographical study of the author's personal and scientific life, such as his name, surname, lineage, upbringing, teachers, creed, his creed and jurisprudence, and his writings. The second chapter included the study of the book such as the definition of the book, in terms of its name, description, its attribution to the author, the reasons for its authorship, the sources of the author, his methodology in the book, and some shortcomings. As for the third chapter, it dealt with the investigative approach which is the main purpose of this study. The verses were attributed to its surahs, hadith citations and effect were extracted from their sources, extracting creed issues that the author cited from books of the considered schools of thought, describing men of Al-hadith, the documentation of everything that the author cited from books of scholars, and commenting on positions that need further explanation or clarification. The significance of this book lies in the fact that it dealt with the most accurate issues of the science of discourse in terms of its inference on the rational evidences that are proven by the Almighty {Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah, they both would have been ruined} , it outlined the scholars' opinions, objections, and their scientific answers. It is divided into an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and contained a valuable preliminary, then the author mentioned an introduction whereby the meaning of Al'ahadia [oneness of God] is presented, and the difference between Wahid [one] and Al-Ahad [only one God]is also handled. Then he proceeded with the famous [proof by mutual pre-emption] in detail, after that he clarified the meaning of the honorable verse, and searched the investigation for the word "if". Furthermore, he concluded it with the matter of the first duties of knowing God Almighty, looking at or intent on the well-known difference between them.
