MATRİS ÇEVİRİCİ İLE BESLENEN SÜREKLİ MIKNATISLI SENKRON MOTOR SÜRÜCÜ TASARIMI VE ALGILAYICISIZ HIZ DENETİMİ

Abstract

Birçok endüstriyel uygulamada, mekaniksel hareketler elektrik motorları kullanarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Endüstride kullanılan elektrik motorları, üretilen enerjinin büyük bir oranını tüketmektedir. Elektrik motor kontrolü, sürekli artan elektrik enerji tüketiminde önemli bir rol oynar. Elektrik motoru sadece sabit hızda değil, aynı zamanda değişken hızlarda da çalışmaktadır. Teknolojideki son gelişmeler elektrik motoru sürücü sistemlerinin gelişimini desteklemiştir.Ticari motor sürücü sistemleri genellikle iki-seviyeli eviriciler kullanılarak yapılmaktadır. Ancak, bu tip motor sürücüleri, büyük dc-link kapasitesine ihtiyaç duyması, çift-yönlü güç akışına müsaade etmemesi, düşük Toplam Harmonik Bozulması (THD) elde etmek için büyük giriş filtresine ihtiyaç duyması, dört-bölgeli çalışma kabiliyetinin olmaması gibi bazı dezavantajlara sahiptir. Tüm bu dezavantajlar, ac-ac dönüşümü doğrudan gerçekleştiren bir matris Çevirici kullanılarak giderilebilir.Endüstrinin vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan asenkron motorlar, yerlerini son zamanlarda daha verimli, kompakt ve yüksek momente sahip Sürekli Mıknatıslı Senkron Motorlara (PMSM) bırakmaya başlamıştır. Ayrıca, PMSM'nin algılayıcısız bir hız kontrolü yöntemiyle birleştirilmesi ile daha verimli bir motor sürücüsü elde edilebilir. Bunlara ek olarak, PMSM'nin algılayıcısız hız kontrolü bir matris Çevirici ile desteklendiğinde çok daha verimli motor-sürücü çifti elde etmek mümkündür.Bu tez çalışmasında; matris çeviricilerin eviricilere, PMSM'nin asenkron motora ve algılayıcısız kontrolün algılayıcılı kontrole göre olan bazı avantajlardan dolayı, bu üç sistemin birleşmesi ile daha yüksek performans ve verimli bir sürücü sistemini göstermek amacıyla matris çeviriciden beslenen algılayıcısız PMSM sürücüsü tasarlanmıştır. Tasarlanan motor sürücü sistemi kompakt bir yapıya sahiptir. Ayrıca sistemin kontrolü düşük maliyetli bir dijital kontrolör kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.Most mechanical movements are performed by using electrical motors in almost every industrial process. In industry, electrical motors consume a large percentage of the produced electrical energy. The electrical motor control plays an important role in the electrical energy consumption which increases continuously. The electrical motor not only operates at constant speeds, but also operates at variable speeds. Recent advances in technology have supported the evolution of the electrical motor drive systems.Generally, the commercial motor drive systems are designed using two-level inverters. However, this type of the motor drive systems have some disadvantages such as a requirement of a huge dc-link capacitor, no bi-directional power flow, huge input filter requirement to obtain low THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of the input current, not allowing four-quadrant operation etc. All these disadvantages can be eliminated by using a matrix converter which performs the ac-ac conversion directly.In this thesis, because of some advantages of matrix converter to the inverter, PMSM to the induction motor and sensorless to sensored control, a PMSM sensorless drive fed by a three-phase matrix converter has been designed to demonstrate that a drive system with high performance and efficiency can be constructed by combining the advantages of these systems. Also, the power/volume ratio can be maximized by making a compact design of the matrix converter fed PMSM sensorless drive. The designed motor drive system has a compact structure. In addition, the control of the system has been performed by using a low cost digital controller.
