MATEMATİKSEL MODELLEME TEKNİĞİ İLE TESİS YERLEŞİM YERİ SEÇİMİ VE ULUSAL ÖLÇEKTE ELAZIĞ'IN YERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada matematiksel modelleme tekniği kullanılmak suretiyle tesis yerleşim yeri seçimi konusunda ulusal ölçekte bir uygulama yapılmış ve Elazığ'ın konumunun bu bağlamda değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla, literatürde 'Sınırsız Kapasite Tesis Yeri Problemi' (UFLP) olarak adlandırılan model ve özel bir durumu olan p-median modelleri kullanılmış ve diğer tüm unsurların bütün aday şehirler için eşit olduğu varsayılmıştır. Bu çerçevede farklı parametre değerleri için elde edilen deneysel sonuçlar çalışmanın sonunda değerlendirmeler ile birlikte sunulmuştur

This study deals with a case study in national scale on the subject of facility location selection using various mathematical modelling techniques. The purpose of the paper is to evaluate the attractiveness of the City of Elazığ in this context. In this sense, two different mathemetical models in the related literature called “Uncapacitated Facility Location Problem (UFLP)” and “p-median” which is a special case of the first are used and all other factors are assumed to be equal for all candidate cities. The experimental results that are obtained in this framework are presented at the end along with evaluations, limitations, and future directions for the study
