YAPI ORGANİZASYONLARINDA EFQM MODELİNİN UYGULANMASI

Abstract

Tezin amacı, EFQM Mükemmellik Modeli çerçevesinde yapı isletmeleri için uygulanabilir bir yönetim modeli sentezine ulasmaktır. EFQM'in; Liderlik, Strateji ve Politikalar, nsan Kaynakları, s Birlikleri ve Kaynaklar, Süreçler, Müsteri Memnuniyeti, Çalısanların Memnuniyeti, Toplumun Memnuniyeti, Genel Performans ana kriterlerine göre Yapı Proje Yönetimi yapılandırılmıstır. Yapı Proje Yönetiminin hizmet ve uygulama standartları baz alınarak, EFQM modelinin kriterleri iliskilendirilmistir. Bu çerçeve içinde örnek çalısma olarak kurumsal özdegerlendirme uygulaması ile firmanın EFQM Mükemmellik Modeli kriterlerine göre durum tespiti belirlenmistir. Buna göre vaka analizi ile isletmenin performans göstergeleri tespit edilmistir. yilestirme önerileri yapılmıstır. Kurulusların basarısında anahtar rol alan kalite ve yönetim modellerinin neden ve nasıl etki yaptıgı analiz edilmistir. Sonuç olarak; vaka analizinde odak bir çalısma ile degisik ögrenme noktalarına ulasılmıstır. Yapı Proje yönetiminde, EFQM modelinin uygulanabilirligi saglanmıstır. The aim of this study is to attain a synthesis of a management model applicable to construction enterprises within the framework of the EFQM Excellence Model. Construction Project Management has been re-organised in accordance with the main criteria of EFQM: Leadership, Strategy and Policies, Human Resources, Partnerships and Resources, Processes, Customer Satisfaction, Society Satisfaction, General Performance. Criteria of EFQM model has been associated with Building Project Management, based on service and implementation standards of Building Project Management. Within this framework, as a case study, the present situation of an enterprise by performing an institutional self-assessment according to the criteria of EFQM Excellence Model has been evaluated. In this regard, performance indicators of the enterprise have been determined by the case analysis. It has also been analysed that why and how quality and management models that play a key role in the success of corporations have an effect on. In consequence, various learning points have been obtained by a specific study in the case analysis. Applicability of EFQM model to Construction Project Management has been achieved.
