Meme Karsinomlarında Klinik, Histopatolojik ve Prognostik Parametreler ile Östrojen ve Progesteron Reseptör Boyanma Özelliklerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Meme tümörlerinde östrojen ve progesteron reseptör durumu ile konvansiyonel klinik ve histopatolojik parametreler arasındaki i1işkinin araştırması amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Meme kanseri nedeniyle mastektomi yapı1mış 40 adet olgu incelendi. Bu olgular temel histopatolojik parametreler açısından değerlendirildi ve immünohistokimyasal olarak östrojen ve progesteron reseptör boyaması yapıldı. Bulgular: Olgularda östrojen ve progesteron reseptör pozitifliği %32.5 olarak bulundu. Aim: The correlation between estrogen and progesterone reseptor status and conventional clinic and histopatological parameters in breast tumors was investigated. Material and Methods: Fourty cases of which mastectomies had been performed for breast cancer were analyzed. These cases were evaluated for major histopathological parameters and immunohistochemical staining for estrogen and progesterone receptors. Results: The positivity for estrogen and progesterone receptor was 32.5 %.
