PROJE İMAM HATİP LİSELERİNİN ÖĞRENCİ, ÖĞRETMEN VE İDARECİ GÖRÜŞLERİNE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Kuruluşu itibariyle neredeyse cumhuriyetimiz ile aynı tarihe denk düşen İmam Hatip Okulları dönemsel olarak kapatıldığı zamanlar olsa da varlığını günümüze kadar devam ettirmiştir. Bu okulların nitelik bakımından daha iyi eğitim vermesi amacıyla 1 Eylül 2016 tarihinde Resmi Gazete'de yayınlanan yönetmelik ile ulusal veya uluslararası proje yürüten okul ve kurumlar ile belirli eğitim reformu ve programları uygulayan okulların proje okulu olarak belirlenmesi kararlaştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda Proje İmam Hatip Liseleri ( Fen ve Sosyal Bilimler Programı Uygulayan) açılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ise açılan bu okulların öğrenci, öğretmen ve idareci görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Proje Anadolu İmam Hatip Liseleri yeni açılan eğitim kurumları olduğu için araştırılmaya ve yeni bulgular bulmaya ihtiyacı olan bir alandır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Elazığ Şehit Eyüp Oğuz Fen ve Sosyal Bilimler Proje İmam Hatip Lisesi 2019 - 2020 eğitim öğretim yılında öğrenim gören öğrencilerden, bu okuldaki öğretmenlerden ve idarecilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamızda nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, nitel araştırma modeline uygun olarak içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler kelime işlemciye aktarılmış ve sonrasında kodlanarak, temalar oluşturulmuş ve yorumlanmıştır. Bu kod ve temalar tablolar yoluyla da görsel olarak sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın sonunda ise elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur

Imam Hatip Schools, which are almost the same age as our republic as of its establishment, have continued to exist until today, although there were times when they were periodically closed. In the regulation published in the Official Gazette on September 1, 2016, it was decided that Imam Hatip Schools -in order to provide better education in terms of quality-- schools and institutions that carry out national or international projects and schools that implement certain educational reforms and programs are determined as project schools. In this context, Project Imam Hatip High Schools (Applying Science and Social Sciences Program) were opened. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the Project Imam Hatip Schools through the opinions of students, teachers and administrators. Project Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools is a field of study that needs research and finding new findings, as they are newly opened educational institutions. The universe of the research consists of students, teachers and administrators studying at Elazığ Şehit Eyüp Oğuz Science and Social Sciences Project Imam Hatip High School in the 2019 – 2020 academic year. As a sampling method, the maximum diversity sampling method, which is one of the purposive sampling methods, was used in the research. Case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in our study. In the data analysis, content analysis method was used in accordance with the qualitative research model. After the collected data was transferred to the word processor, themes were generated and interpreted by coding. The generated codes and themes are presented visually through tables. At the end of the study, the findings obtained within the scope of the study were discussed and suggestions were presented.
