Abstract

Kadın hakları ve sorunları Kur'an-ı Kerim'de önemle ele alınmıştır. Fakat bu sorunlar ve haklara gerek aşırı bakış açısı gerekse İslami bakış açısına göre çağdaş yaklaşımları da inceleme ihtiyacımız vardır. Önceki İslam alimleri İslami nasları ve İslami hükümleri büyük çaba ve gayretler göstererek ortaya koymuşlardır. Onların bu konudaki çaba ve gayretlerini takdir etmemek elde değildir. Günümüzde de yeni fikri gelişmeler ışığında şehadet, diyet, çok evlilik, miras ve erkek çocuklarının kız çocuklarına tercih edilmesi gibi kadın hakları ve sorunlarına yeni bir bakış açısı getirmeye ihtiyaç vardır. Yenilikçi görüşler, beşeri düşünce gelişmelerine uygun olarak kişisel dini, milli ve cinsel farklılıkları aşarak ortak insani ve ahlaki değerlerin tesisini gerekli görmektedir. Kadının İslam toplumundaki yeri ve önemini tekrar yeniden kazanabilmesi için bize ve İslam alimlerine önemli görevler düşmektedir.

Women's issues and rights in the Holy Qur'an have received great attention. But today we need contemporary readings of these rights to go beyond the traditional presentation of the subject, and to develop the method of presentation within the Islamic curriculum innovative open to the new cultural brought about by contemporary intellectual developments in the issues of life and human, and re-read the texts and Islamic provisions with all thanks and appreciation to the scholars of the past who strive for this religion Today, however, it is necessary to present new insights into important issues concerning women and their rights, which have raised differences and divergences in interpretation as subjects (inheritance, guardianship, witness, piety, polygamy and preference for boys over girls). Renewed views call for the establishment of common human and ethical values that transcend personal, religious, national and sexual differences and openness to the development of human thought. However, we and the esteemed scholars deserve the role of women and the restoration of balance to Islamic societies
