İNŞAAT SEKTÖRÜNDE BİLGİSAYAR DESTEKLİ PLANLAMA YÖNTEMİ

Abstract

Yapmış olduğum tez çalışmamın ilk bölümü olan giriş bölümünde; teknolojik ve bilimsel alanlardaki gelişmelerden en çok payını alan ve sürekli yenilenmeye açık sektörler arasında olan inşaat sektöründen ve Türkiye de inşaat sektörünün gelişme hızından bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümünde Proje, Proje Yönetimi ve Proje Yönetim Bileşenlerinden bahsedilerek projenin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümünde; belirli bir zaman süresi içinde tamamlamak zorunda olduğumuz işleri hiç sıkıntı çekmeden nasıl ve hangi sırayla yapacağımızı bilmek için; Planlama metotları başlığı altında planlama, programlama ve planlama tekniklerinden bu tekniklerin uygulama yöntemlerinden örnekler verilerek bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın ileri bölümlerinde ise Primavera P6 iş programının kullanımı açıklanarak P6 R8.4 yardımı ile 6 bloklu bir kooperatif inşaatının iş programı hazırlanmıştır.

In the introduction the first part of my thesis Imade; were mentioned construction sector the largest share of the developments in the technological and scientific fields and the continuous renewal growth rate of public sector in Turkey. In the second parthas emphasized importance of the project mentioning project,Project Management and Project Management component. In the third part; The work we have to complete with in a certain period of time and tok now how to do what ever suffered fromin order; Planning under planning methods, the programming and planning techniques are discussed giving examples of the method of application of these techniques. In the later part of the study, work programme of 6 block cooperative construction has been prepared with helping P6R8.4 explaining the use of Primavera P6 job programme.
