MUHAMMED RATIB EN-NABLUSI VE ILMI TEFSIR

Abstract

Bu çalışma Nablusî tefsiri bağlamında Kur'ân ayetlerinin ilmi tefsirini ele almaktadır. Bu çalışmada farklı âlimlerin ilmi tefsir tanımları, bu tefsir çeşidinin ortaya çıkış serüveni ve âlimlerin ona dair ortaya koydukları kurallar işlenmektedir. İlmi tefsir meselesi çok tartışmalı, geçmişte ve günümüzde birçok alim tarafından hakkında farklı görüşlerin ortaya konduğu bir mevzudur. İşte bu çalışma bu farklı görüşleri kısaca ele almaktadır. Bu tür tefsiri destekleyenlerin ve ona karşı çıkanların görüşlerini her iki tarafın delilleriyle beraber ortaya koymakta ve yazarın tercihini ifade etmektedir. Diğer taraftan bu çalışma Muhammed Ratib en-Nablusî'nin hayatı, yetiştiği ortam, ilim ve tebliğ çalışmaları, tebliğdeki metodu ve çağdaş bir müfessir olarak Kur'ân-ı tefsir etme yöntemini ele almaktadır. Ayrıca onun, Kur'ân ayetlerini kendinden önceki müfessirlerin hiç değinmediği bir üslupla tefsir etmeye nasıl güç yetirdiğine de değinilecektir. Kur'ân-ı Kerim'i ilmi bir şekilde tefsir eden müfessirlerden farklı yönleri de anlatılacaktır. Aynı şekilde bu çalışmada onun tefsirinin kaynakları, ilkeleri, ayırt edici yönleri ve genel yöntemi hakkında da bilgiler verilecektir. Bu çalışma en-Nablusî'nin ilmi meseleler ile alakalı ayetleri ve Kur'ân'daki i'câzı nasıl tefsir ettiğine dair misaller de içermektedir. Ayrıca müfessirin insan, canlılar, yeryüzü, gökyüzü, dağlar, denizler ve nehirlerle ilgili ayetler ile yaratışın görünen yüzü ve hakikatiyle alakalı ayetleri de nasıl tefsir ettiğine dair örneklere de değinilecektir. This study tackles the scientific interpretation of the Quranic verses through the interpretation of Al-Nabulsi. It contains different definitions of scholars regarding scientific interpretation, and it contains the history of the emergence of this type of interpretation, and the criteria for its acceptance by scholar The scientific interpretation has long been a subject of debate, and different opinions of scholars and interpretors in the past and present. Therefore, this study deals with this difference in brief, and manifests the opinions of supporters and opponents of this type of interpretation, with the evidence of both groups, and the weighting between them. On the other hand, this research contains the biography of Dr. Mohammed Ratib Al-Nabulsi (the author of the interpretation), a summary of his life and activities, his scientific and Daawa (invitation to Islam) efforts, his approach to Dawah, and his approach to the interpretation of the Book of Allah as a modern interpreter, how he managed to explain the Quranic verses in a form that was not addressed by the ancient interpreters, and how he differs from the those who interpreted the Holy Quran in a scientific way. It further contains a definition of this interpretation and its sources, beginnings, features, and general approach. This study also examines examples of Dr. Mohammed Al-Nabulsi's interpretation of verses related to scientific issues, and the scientific miracle in the Holy Quran, such as the verses related to humans, animals, earth, sky, mountains, seas, and rivers, and how Dr. Al-Nabulsi interprets the verses that are related to cosmic phenomena and cosmic facts.
