| dc.description.abstract | Elazığ Çimento Fabrikasında çalışan işçiler mantar infeksiyonu yönünden incelendi. Olgulardan alınan deri ve tırnak örnekleri mikolojik olarak incelendi. Direkt mikroskobik incelemede olgulann 59 (% 91)'u mantar hif ve sporları yönünden pozitif olarak bulunurken 55 (% 85)'inin kültüründe dermatofit ve/veya maya mantarı üredi. Kültürde üreyön mantarlar değerlendirildiğinde; 28'inde Trichophvton rubrum. 10'unda Trichophvton rubrum + Candida spp. altısında Trichoohvton mentagrophvtes. beşinde Candida spp.. ikisinde T. rubrum + T. mentaarophvtes. ve birer kültürde Microsoorum canis. Epidermophvton floccosum. T. mentaarophvtes + Candida spo.. T. rubrum + Trichophvton verrucosum ürediği gözlendi. | |
