ELAZIĞ İLİ PALU İLÇESİ MİKROTOPONİMLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Abstract

Sosyal ve kültürel hayatın derin izlerini taşıyan yer adları aslında bir yörenin kadim nüfus kütükleridir. Toponimin bir alt dalı olan mikrotoponim; bir yerleşimdeki çeşme, dağ, dere, tepe, yayla vb. yer adlarının anlam, köken ve gramer durumunu inceleyen bir bilim alanı olarak karşımıza çıkar. Yaşamımızı sürdürdüğümüz, görüp de unuttuğumuz, daha önce hiç görmediğimiz yerlerin anlamlandırılması ve bir milletin dil zenginliğinin ortaya konulması adına mikrotoponim araştırmalarının önemi çok büyüktür. Bir mikrotoponim incelemesi olan bu çalışmada 458 yer adı incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızda çeşme, dağ, dere, ilçe, kasaba, köy, tepe, yayla başlıkları etrafında tespit edilen mikrotoponimler; tür, köken bakımından incelenirken mikrotoponimlerin gramer yapısı ve leksik semantik durumları da hazırlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuna "Palu Yer Adları Sözlüğü " adıyla bir bölüm de eklenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Mikrotoponim, Mikrotoponim Sınıflandırması, Palu İlçesi

The names of places bearing deep traces of social and cultural life are actually ancient population registers. The microtoponim, which is a subdivision of the toponim, comes out as a science field that investigates the meaning, origin, and grammar of place names in the fountain, mountain, stream, hill, plateaus etc. The importance of microtoponim researches, in the name of giving a meaning to the places in which we live, the places we had seen and forgat and the places we have never seen before and in the name of putting forward to the richness of a nation's language, is huge. In this study, which is a microtoponim study, 458 place names were examined. In our study, while microtoponims found around fountains, mountains, streams, districts, towns, villages, hills, plateaus were being studied in terms of species and origin, grammatical structure and lexical semantic conditions of microtoponims were also tried to be prepared.
