dc.description.abstractIn this study, the thickness of the insulation material has been fixed by being used a multi-layer feed-forward artificial neural network. A back propagation training algorithm has been used in training of the network. A brick wall for the structural component has considered and whether or not this wall needed insulation has been analyzed and min thickness of this material has been determined by ANN. The results obtained from the network has been determined compared with the numerical results and it was seen the results sensitive enough.
