İLKÖĞRETİM OKULLARINDA GÖREV YAPAN ÖĞRETMENLERİN ÖRGÜT SAĞLIĞINA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; Elazığ ili kent merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin örgüt sağlığına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek ve karşılaştırmaktır.İlköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin okul örgütlerinin sağlıklı işlemesi ve öğretmenlerin örgüt sağlığına ilişkin görüşleri bu araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmuştur.Araştırmanın evrenini, 2006?2007 eğitim-öğretim yılında Elazığ ili sınırları içerisinde toplam 113 ilköğretim okulunda, merkezde görev yapan 3145 sınıf ve branş öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemine, Elazığ il merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan toplam 351 sınıf ve branş öğretmeni alınmıştır.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, beşli likert tipi ölçek, 7 bireysel değişken, 48 madde ve 10 boyuttan oluşan anketten yararlanılmıştır. Anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kişisel bilgiler, ikinci bölümde öğretmenlerin örgüt sağlığına ilişkin görüşleri yer almaktadır.Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin istatiksel analizleri için SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science, 13) paket programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, levene's ,?t? ve mann-whitney U testleri kullanılmıştır. Hata payı üst sınırı 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarından elde edilen bulgulara göre, ilköğretim okullarında çalışan öğretmenler, örgüt sağlığıyla ilgili çok olumlu bir düşünceye sahip değillerdir. Örgüt sağlığı konusunda edindikleri temel algı, okulun örgütsel amaçlarında odaklanmada ortaya çıkmakla birlikte, örgüt sağlığının diğer boyutları konusunda düşük düzeyde bir algıya sahip oldukları ortaya çıkmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Örgüt sağlığı, okul sağlığı, Sınıf Öğretmeni, branş öğretmeni

The aim of this study is, determining and distinguishing the opinions of classteachers who are on charge at primary schools in Elazığ City.The accurate operation of schoolorganizations, and the opinions of teachers about the accuracy of organizations is the topic of this study.The universe of this study are, 3145 class, and branchteachers who are on chage at 113 primary schools in the city of Elazığ, in the education year 2006- 2007. 351 class, and branchteachers at the primaryschools in the center of the city are topic to the study.The data collect device in the study are, the five Likert Scale, seven individual variables. It consists of 48 articles and 10 dimensions. The poll consists of two units. Personal data is avvailable in the first unit, and the opinions of teachers about the accuracy of the organizations take place in the second unitThe SPSS (Statistical package For Social Science, 13) packet program was used for the statistical analyses of the dat which result from the study. Frequency, rating, arithmetical average, Standard deviations, levene?s, ?t?, and Mann- Whitney U tests are used in the study fort he analitics of the data, and the cap of faults is accepted as 0,05.It?s understood from the research results that, teachers who are on charge at primary schools don?t have many positive opinions about the accuracy of organizations. The dominant opinion is that the accuracy of organizations are focussed on the organizational purposes of the school, in accordance with their opinion it?s understood that the other dimensions of the accuracy of organizations remain on a low level.Keywords: Accuracy of organizations, accuracy of schools, class teachers, branch teachers
