BEDEN EĞİTİM VE SPOR ÖĞRETMENLERİ İLE FARKLI BRANŞLARDA GÖREV YAPAN ÖĞRETMENLERİN TEKNOLOJİK KULLANIM TUTUMLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu araştırma hayatımızın her alanında bizi etkileyen ve giderek hayatımızda kapladığı alanı artan bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin, farklı yeterlilik alanlarına sahip branş öğretmenlerinin bu teknolojilere yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu Muş ilinde görev yapan beden eğitimi, sınıf, matematik, coğrafya ve bilişim teknolojileri ve yazılım branş öğretmenlerinden çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 938 öğretmenden oluşturmaktadır. İlgili branş öğretmenlerinin bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanma düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla Günbatar (2014) tarafından geliştirilen, "Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel uygulamalar ile independent t-testi, one-way Anova, kullanılmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmelerin anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre; beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerine ilişkin tutumlarının pozitif olduğu ve bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin tüm boyutlarında bir eğiliminin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bilişim ve teknoloji öğretmenliği branşının alan gereği yüksek değerlere sahip çıktığı analiz sonuçlarında beden eğitimi öğretmenliğinin sınıf ve coğrafya öğretmenliği branşından sanal ortam boyutunda daha düşük ortalamaya sahipken bilgisayar donanımı boyutunda bilişim teknolojileri branşından sonra ikinci branş olmuştur. Beden eğitimi bölümü alt boyutların tamamında matematik boyutundan daha fazla eğilim göstermiştir. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin bilgi ve iletişim alt boyutlarından genel bit eğilimi ve bilgisayar donanımı boyutlarında diğer branşlara göre en iyi ortalama değeri aldığı görülmüştür. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerine yönelik tutumlarının olduğu ve bilgisayar donanım ve parçaları ile ilgili anlamlı ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırma bulgularına göre beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin BİT ile ilgili tutumlarının olumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca beden eğitimi branşının okul içindeki serbest zaman faaliyetlerinin fazla olmasının ve ders yükünün fazla olmaması BİT ile ilgili olumlu tutum geliştirmesinde etkili olduğu düşünülmektedir.

INVESTIGATION OF TECHNOLOGY USAGE ATTITUDES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT TEACHERS WITH TEACHERS WORKING IN DIFFERENT BRANCHES This research was carried out to determine the attitudes of the branch teachers with different competency areas towards the information and communication technologies that affect us in every field of our lives and which gradually increase the area it occupies in our lives. The group of the research consists of 938 voluntary teachers from physical education, form, mathematic, geography and information technologies and software who working in Muş. "Information and Communication Technologies Attitude Scale" which was developed by Günbatar (2014) was used to determine the level of use of information and communication technologies of related branch teachers. The data which obtained by above scale were evaluated in SPSS 22 package program. Descriptive statistical applications, independent t-test, one-way Anova were used for data analysis. The significance level of the statistical evaluations was accepted as p <0.05. According to the findings of the research; physical education teachers' attitudes towards information and communication technologies are positive and there is a tendency in all dimensions of information and communication technologies. According to the results of the analysis, where the informatics and technology teaching branch has high values because of their main field, physical education teaching department has a lower average in the virtual environment dimension than the form teaching and geography teaching branch, and physical education teaching department has become the second branch after the informatics technologies branch in the computer hardware dimension. Physical education department showed more tendency in all sub-dimensions than mathematics dimension. It was seen that physical education teachers had general ICT (information and communication technologies) tendency and they had the best average value in terms of and in computer hardware dimensions from information and communication sub-dimensions compared to other branches. It was seen that physical education teachers had attitudes towards information and communication technologies and had meaningful relationship with computer hardware and components. According to the findings of the study, it was found that physical education teachers' attitudes towards ICT were positive. In addition to fact that, because of the physical education branch has a lot of free time activities in the school and their course load is not heavy, it is thought that it will be effective in developing positive attitudes towards ICT.
