BASIN MESLEK İLKELERİNİN İSLAM DÜŞÜNCESİ AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

İletişim İnsanlık tarihi kadar eski bir olgudur. İnsan bir yaratana sahib olması itibariyle yaratıcısıyla, sadece maddeden ibaret olmaması itibariyle içindeki cevher, ruhuyla ve sosyal bir varlık olması itibariyle de çevresi ile her an iletişim halindedir. İletişim kavramı her zaman önem arz etmiştir. İnsanlığın, medeniyetin, teknolojinin gelişimiyle de her geçen gün daha çok önem kazanmıştır. Yazının icadı ile birlikte yazılı basın tarihi başlar. Medeniyetin ve kültürün her geçen gün zenginleşip, olgunlaşmasına; insanların edinmiş oldukları tecrübelerini bir sonraki nesle aktarılmasının katkısı büyüktür. Bu katkının en önemli araçlarından biri yazılı basındır. Yine farklı fikirlerin yayılması, insanın bilgi sahibi olması, toplumlarda demokratik kültürün yerleşmesinde basın önemli bir araçtır. Basının birçok faydası olmakla birlikte her alet ve teknoloji gibi bu da sadece kendi çıkarlarını düşünen, ahlâki değerlerden yoksun olanların ellerinde insan ve toplum için bir felakete, tehlikeye dönüşür. İşte burada bu alanda çalışan ve basını elinde tutan kişilerin ahlâki değerlere haiz olması ve mesleki ahlâk kurallarına riayet eden kişiler olması önem arz eder. Çünkü Napolyon'un da işaret ettiği gibi insanlığın ve toplumun felaketi parasızlık, fakirlik değil, ahlâksızlıktır, ahlâkî değerlerden habersiz olmaktır. Communication is as an old phenomenon as the history of humanity. As the human has a creature, he has a relationship with his god. Also as he is social he has always a connetion with other people. Comnection has been always important. İn the wake of development in civilnaton and technology it continus to have more and more importance. Written press stars with the humanity as it gives rise to develop the civilazition and transfer the people?s experience to the future. Moreover, by means of press an writing, different opinions spread in the world, people can obtion information on different topics. It is a very useful device to put the democratic views onto a society. However, it can be turned into a disaster for the society when it?s used by the people not having ethical viwes and, using the press just for their own business and making money. There for, people who work on this area must have ethic rules, principles that build the clear press. As Napolyon points ?a society dosn?t collapse because of the poverty, but it collapses because of the people who don?t have ethical principles?.
