POLİAKRİLONİTRİL (PAN)' DEKİ TERMAL YAPI DEĞİŞİKLİKLERİNİN İNVERS GAZ KROMOTOGRAFİSİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, poliakrilonitril (PAN) 'in degradasyonu sırasındaki yapı derişiklikleri invers gaz kromatografisi ile izlenmeğe çalışıldı. Bu amaçla, PAN ile kaplanmış Chromosorb W bir spiral cam kolona dolduruldu. Kolon sırasıyla 15GPC, 179*0, 200PC, 229>C, 260PC ve 275°C'te kararlı hale getirildi. Her işlemden sonra 50-15GPC aralısında problar enjekte edildi ve sonra spesifik alı konma bacımları (Vg) her prob ve her enjeksiyon sıcaklığı için hesaplandı. In Vg'ye karşı 1/T grafikleri çizildi. Bu grafiklerdeki değişmelerin yükselen kolon stabilizasyon sıcaklığı ile polimerin yapısındaki değişmelerden ileri geldiği anlaşıldı.

In this study, the structural chenges during the degradation of poly(acrylonitrile) (PAN) have been strived to folio1*' by inverse gas chromatography. For this purpose, Chromosorb W coated with PAN was filled into a spiral glass tubing. The column was stabilized at 150PC, 175°C, 2Q0°C, 225°C, 260°C and 275°C, respectively. After each stabilization, the probes vere i njected in the temperature range 50- 1 50°C and then specific reteution volumes (¥g) vere calculated for each injection temperature and for each probe. Plots of In V,3 against 1 /T were drown. It was understood that the change?; in these curves for each probe the changes in structure of the polymer with increasing column stabilisation temperature.
