Farklı Tipteki Toplayıcı Plakaların Elektrostatik Çekim ile Elde Edilen Nanoliflerin Morfolojisi Üzerine Etkilerinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı geometri ve özelliklere sahip materyallerin toplayıcı plaka olarak elektrostatik nanolif çekim ünitesinde denenmesi ve nanoliflerin morfolojisi üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Elektrostatik nanolif lif çekim işlemi polikprolaktan (PCL) polimer çözeltisi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nanoliflerin morfolojik analizleri taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Değişik geometrideki toplayıcılar ile yapılan denemeler içinde en üniform lif formu tel örgü süzek toplayıcı ile elde edilirken, en ince lif formuna karşılıklı elektrotlara sahip içi boş 10 cm çaplı metal halka toplayıcıda ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, farklı malzemelerin toplayıcı olarak özellikleri incelendiğinde, bakır levhaların daha üniform nanolif eldesine imkan verdikleri anlaşılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to use collectors with different material types and geometries in electrospun nanofiber production to analyze their effects on the morphologies of the produced nanofibrous structures. Poly(?- caprolactone) (PCL) polymer was used in electrospinning process. The morphologies of the PCL nanofibers were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). In various geometries, the thinnest nanofibers were produced with the reciprocally arranged electrodes type collector which has 10 cm diameter and the most uniform nanofibers were produced with the perforated ladle collector. In terms of material type, the most uniform nanofibers were produced by copper collector.
