BAZI BARBİTÜRİK ASİT TÜREVLERİNİN METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN ELDESİ VE ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

DOKTORA TEZİ BAZI BARBİTURİK ASİT TÜREVLERİNİN METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN ELDESİ VE ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ Hasan Yücel SARIKA YA Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 2002,Sayfa : Bu çalışmada fonksiyonel gruplara sahip barbiturik asit tüevleri sentez edilmiştir. Bunun için dört adet organik ligand sentezlendi ve onların metal kompleksleri farklı metal tuzları kullanılarak hazırlandı. Ligandların sentezi iki adımda yapıldı. Birinci adımda, dietil malonat, üre ve tioüre ile ayrı ayrı reaksiyona sokuldu. Sonuçta barbiturik asit ve tiobarbiturik asit elde edildi. İkinci adımda elde edilen barbiturik asit ve tiobarbiturik asit salisil aldehit ve o- nilrobenzaldehid ile ayrı ayrı reaksiyona sokuldu. Elde edilen ürünler; 5-[hidroksi(2- hidroksifenil)metil]pirimidin-2,4,6(li/,3//,5#)-tirion, 5-(2-nitrobenziliden)pirimidin2,4,- 6(\H,3H,5H)-trion, 5-[hidroksi(2-hidroksifenil)metil]-2-tioksodihidropirimidin-4,6 (\H,- 5//)-dion, 5-(2-nitrobenziliden)-2-tioksodihidropirimidin-4,6(l^r,5//)dionligand-landır. Çalışmanın üçüncü adımında, elde edilen ligandlann Mn+2, Co+2, Ni+2, Zn+2, Cd+2. Ag+1, Pb+2 kompleksleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen metal komplekslerinin kimyasal yapıları; elementel analiz, İR, UV, magnetik süseptibilite, NMR,TGA, diferansiyel puis polografısi, kondüktometri yardımıyla belirlendi. Ill ABSTRACT PhD Thesis SYNTHESIS OF METAL COMPLEXES OF SOME BARBITURIC ACID DERIVATIVES AND INVESTIGATION OF THEIR PROPERTIES Hasan Yücel SARIKAYA Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Chemistry 2002, Page : In this study, organic molecules including barbituric acid functional group have been synthesized. For this, four organic ligands were producted and their metal complexes were prepared by using different metal salts. The synthesis of the ligands was made two steps. At first step, diethyl malonate with urea and thiourea were one by one introduced to reaction and in result barbituric acid and thiobarbituric acid were obtained. At second step, the obtained barbituric acide and thiobarbituric acid with salicylaldehyde and 2-nilrobenzaldehyde were one by one introduced to reaction. The obtained products are 5-[hydroxy(2-hydroxy- phenyl)methyl]pyrimidine-2,4,6(l//,37/,5//)-trione, 5-(2-nitrobenzylidene)-pyrimidine- 2,4,6(l//,3//,5//)trione, 5-[hydroxy(2-hydroxyphenyl)-methyl]-2-thioxodihydropyrimi- dine-4,6(l//,5//)-dione, 5-(2-nitrobenzylidene)-24hioxodihydropyrimidine-4,6(l//,5//)- dione. The three step of study, the Mn+2, Co+2, Ni+2, Zn+2, Cd+2, Ag+1, Pb+2 complexes of the producted ligands were synthesized. The chemical structure of the synthesized metal complexes are determined by means of elementel analysis, IR, UV, NMR, TGA, magnetic susceptibility, differential pulse polarografi, conductivimetry methods.
