dc.description.abstractŞemseddin Sami'nin Esatir adlı eseri ülkemizdeki ilk Dinler Tarihi eseridir. Eserin konusunu Yunan ve Roma Mitolojisinden Peru Mitolojisine kadar birçok milletin mitolojisi oluşturmaktadır. Şemseddin Sami ele aldığı milletlere ait mitolojilere ana hatlarıyla değinmiştir. Esatir'in günümüzde yazılan mitoloji eserlerine göre eksiklikleri olsa da daha sonra yazılan eserler için örnek teşkil etmesi açısından önemlidir.
dc.description.abstractŞemseddin Sami?s work called Esatir is the first book written inthe field of the Religion of History. The subject of the work deals with mytholojy from Grek and Rome till Peru my mytholojy. Şemseddin Sami dealt with the mytholojy of the people he indetail worked on. Although Esatir is not a sufficient on mythology itself, it is an important work to be the first one in this field fort he next boks to write.
