YATILI İLKÖĞRETİM BÖLGE OKULLARI ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN YÖNETİCİLERİYLE OLAN ÖRGÜTSEL İLETİŞİMİ(ELAZIĞ, MALATYA, ADIYAMAN, DİYARBAKIR, TUNCELİ İLLERİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, yatılı ilköğretim bölge okulları öğretmenlerinin yöneticileriyle olan örgütsel iletişimini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Betimsel özellikte olan bu çalışmada tarama (survey) yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, öğretmenlerin kişisel bilgileri, yöneticileriyle olan örgütsel iletişimine yönelik görüşleri ile ilgili maddelerden oluşan, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ve geçerlik-güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılan bir anket kullanılmıştır. Anket, Elazığ, Malatya, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır ve Tunceli il merkezi ve ilçelerindeki 46 yatılı ilköğretim bölge okullarından 276 öğretmene uygulanmış ve bu anketler işleme konulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS 15.0 for Windows Evaluation Version paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir.Yapılan analiz sonuçlarında, genel olarak öğretmenler yöneticileriyle ilgili olumlu görüş bildirmişlerdir. Öğretmenler yöneticileriyle iletişim kurarken büyük sıkıntılar yaşamadıklarını, ancak YİBO'ların çalışma şartlarından doğan farklılıklardan dolayı özellikle samimiyet konusunda kararsız kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Bulgulara göre yönetici ve öğretmenler arasında çift yönlü bir iletişimin olduğu ve öğretmenlerin yöneticilerle daha çok sözlü iletişimi kullandığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca yöneticilerin öğretmenlere sosyal faaliyetler konusunda daha geniş imkânlar sunmaları, özellikle bayan öğretmenlerin ilgi ve isteklerini dikkate almaları gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla YİBO'larda en az bir yöneticinin bayan olması, iletişimin daha sağlıklı olması açısından önerilmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: İletişim, Örgütsel İletişim, Yatılı İlköğretim Bölge Okulu

This research is made to determine the organizational communication of the boarding primary school region schools? teachers with their managers. In this study, the characteristic of being desciptive, survey method is utilized. In this research; a questionnnaire, mad efor the studies for validity-reliability and prepared for the reseacher himself, is used consisting of the items about the teachers? personal information, the views towards organizational communication with their managers as a data gathering tool. This questionnnaire was applied to 276 teachers from 46 boarding primary region schools in the administrative provinces and districts of Elazığ, Malatya, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır and Tunceli and those questionnaires are used. The data optained were analyzed statistically with the ?SPSS 15.0 for Windows? computer programme.In the results of analysis, the teachers generally inform positive views about their managers. The teachers explain that they did not live huge problems while communicating with their managers; however, they are unsure about the sincerity, especially, because of the differences emerging from the working condtions of the boarding primary region schools. According to findings, it is seen that there is a two-way communication between the managers and the teachers and the teachers use oral communication much with the managers. Besides, it is necessary that the managers present much more opportunities about the social activities and especially female teachers? interests and wishes should be considered. Fort his purpose, at least one female manager in boarding primary region schools is advised for the communication being healthier.Key Words: Communication, Organizational Communication, Boarding Primary Region School.
