| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, özellikle döküm sanayinin baca gazlarının atıldığı bölgelerde sıklıkla kullanılan ve bu bölgelerde yoğun korozyon ve aşınmaya maruz kalan AISI 304 ve AISI 316L östenitik paslanmaz çeliklerin yüzeyleri farklı kaplama kalınlıklarında (0-100µm, 100-200µm, 200-300µm), termal sprey kaplama yöntemlerinden biri olan HVOF (Yüksek Hızlı Oksi Yakıt) prosesi kullanılarak Cr3C2 tozları ile kaplanmıştır ve malzemelerin dayanımı arttırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Kaplanmış numunelere metalografik işlemler ile korozyon ve aşınma testleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan kaplama işleminin numunelerin korozyon ve aşınma dayanımını arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, AISI 304 and AISI 316L Austenitic Stainless Steel materials, that are frequently used in the industry, are coated in different coating thicknesses with Cr3C2 powders. HVOF (High Speed Oxy-Fuel Spraying) method, which is one of the thermal spray coating, used as coating method in order to increase the strength of the materials. After the coating process, the abrasion resistance, the corrosion resistance, and the metallographic changes of the samples were examined. The results of examinations showed that corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance were increased. | |
