BİREYSEL EMEKLİLİK SİSTEMİ (ELAZIĞ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bireysel emeklilik sistemi, rahat bir emeklilik süreci ve vergi avantajı ile gündeme gelmiş bir devlet politikasıdır. Biliyoruz ki bir ülkelerin sigortacılık sektörünün boyutu ile ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeyi arasında yakın bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle tezimizin konusunu "Bireysel Emeklilik Sistemi (Elazığ Örneği)" oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle sigortacılığın Dünyada ve Türkiye'deki tarihsel gelişimi, sigorta kavramı ve bireysel emeklilik sistemi hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu bilgiler (teorik) doğrultusunda, sigortanın avantajından, dezavantajından bahsedilmiş ve bireysel emeklilik sistemine giriş-çıkış konusunda ki mevzuatlarla ilgili bilgiler de paylaşılmıştır. Öte yandan yapılan çalışma ile Elazığ'da çalışan ve çalışmayan kadın ve erkeklerin, çeşitli bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler üzerinden bireysel emeklilik sistemine bakışları ve algıları ölçülmüştür.

The private pension system is a state policy that has come to an end with a comfortable retirement process and tax advantage. We know that there is a close relationship between the size of the insurance sector and the level of economic development of a country. For this reason, the theme of our thesis is "Individual Retirement Insurance Perception-Elazığ Example". This study, the first historical development in Turkey and the world of insurance, insurance concepts and general information is given about the private pension system. This information (theoretical) mentions the advantages and disadvantages of the insurer and shares information on the legislation on entry and exit into the individual pension system. On the other hand, with this study, the perceptions and perceptions of the men and women working and not working in Elazığ on the individual pension system were measured through various dependent and independent variables.
