N-DİKLOROFOSFORİL-P-TRİKLOROMONOFOSFAZEN'İN SİKLOALKOL SÜBSTİTÜE BİLEŞİKLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE KARAKTERİZASYONU

Abstract

DOKTORA TEZİ N-DÎKLOROFOSFORİL-P-TRÎKLOROMONOFOSFAZEN'İNSÎKLOALKOL SÜBSTİTÜE BİLEŞİKLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE KARAKTERİZASYONU AH İhsan ÖZTÜRK Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 2002, Sayfa: 69 Fosfazenler, özellikle lineer fosfazenler biyolojik aktif maddelerdir. Fosfazenlerin sentezi, karakterizasyonu ve kullanım alanına yönelik çok sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, N-diklorofosforil-P-trikloromonofosfazen'in alkolizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Lineer fosfazen, hava ve neme karşı duyarlı olduğundan reaksiyonlar havasız ve nemsiz ortamda (argon atmosferinde) yapılmıştır. Sübstitüent olarak siklopentanol, siklohekzanol, 4-metilsiklohekzanol, 3- metilsiklohekzanol, 3-metilsiklopentanol ve siklopropanometanol kullanılmıştır. Fosfazen, fosfor pentaklorür ve amonyum sülfatın reaksiyonundan elde edilmiştir. Reaksiyon sonucu elde edilen ürünler ince tabaka ile izlendikten sonra kolon kromatografisi ile saflaştırılmıştır. Bileşiklerin yapıları İR, elementel analiz, lH, 13C, 31P-NMR ve kütle spektroskopisi yöntemleri ile belirlenmiştir. Yapılan aydınlatılan bileşiklerin, N-di(siklopentoksi)fosforil-P-tri(siklopentoksi) monofosfazen, N-(kloro, siklohekzoksi)fosforil-P-tri(siklohekzoksi)monofosfazen, N-di (4-metilsiklohekzoksi)fosforil-P-tri(4-metilsiklohekzoksi)monofosfazen, N-di(3-metilsik- lohekzoksi)fosforil-P-tri(3-metilsiklohekzoksi)monofosfazen, N-di(3-metilsiklopentoksi) fosforil-P-tri(3-metilsiklopentoksi)monofosfazen'dir. Siklopropanometanol ile olan reaksiyonundan fosfazen veya herhangi bir fosfor bileşiği elde edilememiştir. There are many studies about the synthesis, characterizations and applications of phosphazenes. In this study, the alcoholysis of N-dichlorophosphoryl-P-trichloromonophosp-hazene have been studied. Since linear phosphazenes are sensitive to air and moisture, experiments are carried out in Argon atmosphere. Cyclopentanol, cyclohexanol, 4-methylcyclohexanol, 3-methylcyclohexanol, 3- methylcyclopentanol and cyclopropanemethanol were chosen as substituents. The starting material, N-dichlorophosphoryl-P-trichloromonophosphazene, was prepared from phosphorus pentachloride and amonium sulphate. Their structure were defined by IR, elemental analysis, *H, 13C, 31P-NMR and mass spectroscopies. The defined coumpounds are N-di(cyclopentoxi)phosphoryl-P-tri(cyclopen- toxi)monophosphazene, N-(chloro, cyclohexoxy)phosphoryl-P-tri(cyclohexoxy)mono- phosphazene, N-di(4-methylcyclohexoxy)phosphoryl-P-tri(4-methylcyclohexoxy)mono- phosphazene,N-di(3-methylcyclohexoxy))phosphoryl-P-tri(3-methylcyclohexoxy)mono- phosphazene, N-di(3-methylcyclopentoxy)phosphoryl-P-tri(3-methylcyclopentoxy)mo- nophosphazenes. Phosphazene or any phosphorus compound could not be isolated from the reaction of phosphazene with cyclopropanemethanol.
