FARKLI İRRİGASYON SOLÜSYONLARININ RESİPROKASYON HAREKETİ YAPAN TEK EĞE SİSTEMLERİNİN TORK DEĞERLERİNE OLAN ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Çalışmamızın amacı; sodyum hipoklorit (NaOCl %5), etilen diamin tetra asetik asit (EDTA %17) ve salin (NaCl) solüsyonlarının resiprokasyon hareketi yapan; Reciproc Blue (RB) (VDW, Münih, Almanya), WaveOne Gold (WOG) (Dentsply Sirona, Ballaigues, İsviçre) ve T-endo MUST (T-endo MUST; Dentac, İstanbul, Türkiye) tek eğe sistemlerinin tork değerlerine olan etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu araştırma kapsamında; tek köklü ve oval kesitli kanala sahip 90 adet çekilmiş insan mandibular pemolar diş kullanıldı. 10 numaralı K tipi eğe ile apikal foramen açıklığı kontrol edilip çalışma boyu belirlendikten sonra toplam 9 grup oluşturuldu (n=10). X-Smart IQ endodontik motor ile üretici firmaların tavsiyeleri doğrultusunda kök kanal şekillendirilmesi tamamlandıktan sonra her eğenin çalışma süresince ürettiği torku gösteren bir rapor elde edildi. Her eğe için tork değeri, maksimum tork değeri ve preparasyon için geçen süre kaydedildi. İstatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılığı tespit etmek üzere Tek yönlü Anova analizi, Post Hoc testi olarak Bonferroni testi ve iki yönlü Anova analizinden yararlanıldı. İstatistiksel analizde anlamlılık için p <0,05 değeri referans alınmıştır. Örneklerin solüsyonlara dayalı olarak ortalama tork, maksimum tork ve süre ölçümleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadı (p>0,05). T-endo MUST eğe sistemi, Reciproc Blue ve WaveOne Gold eğe sistemlerine göre yüksek tork değerleri oluşturup istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur (p <0,05). Investigation of the effect of different irrigation solutions on the torque values of single file systems with reciprocating motion The aim of our study is to examine the torque values of single file systems that have reciprocating action Reciproc Blue (RB) (VDW, Germany, Germany), WaveOne Gold (WOG) (Dentsply Sirona, Ballaigues, Switzerland) and T-endo MUST (T-endo MUST; Dentac, Istanbul, Turkey) using sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl 5%), ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA 17%) and saline (NaCl) solutions . Within the scope of this research; 90 human mandibular premolars teeth having single and oval cross-sectional canals were used. Apical foramen opening was controlled with #10 K types file and the length is determined then the teeth were randomly assigned to 9 groups (n=10). After apical enlargement was performed with the X-Smart IQ endodontic motor as recommendations of the manufacturers, a report was obtained showing the torque produced by each file during the motion. The teeth were diveded randomly into 9 groups of 10 teeth each. The torque value, the maximum torque value, and the time used for preparation were recorded for each file. One-way Anova analysis, Post Hoc test, Bonferroni test, and two-way Anova analysis were used to determine the statistical difference. The level of significance was set at p < 0.05. There was no statistically significant difference between the mean torque, maximum torque and time measurements of the samples based on the solutions. (p>0,05). T-endo MUST file system created high torque values compared to Reciproc Blue and WaveOne Gold file systems, and a statistically significant difference was found (p <0,05).
