H.1148-1149 / M.1735-1736 TARİHLİ 243 NUMARALI KARAHİSAR-I SAHİP ŞER'İYYE SİCİLİ TRANSKRİPSİYON VE DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract

Şer?iyye sicilleri Osmanlı Devleti'nin önemli arşiv kaynaklarındandır. Şer'iyye sicilleri, sosyal, ekonomik, ticari, ziraî, mahallî, askerî, siyasî bakımdan tarihimizin aydınlatılması bakımından çok önemli kaynaklardan birisidir. Bu çalışmada, 1735 - 1736 (Hicrî Ş. 1148 - C. 1149) yıllarına ait olan 243 no'lu Karahisar-ı sahip Şer?iyye Sicili incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızdaki defterde yer alan 59 varak belgenin transkripsiyonu yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, genel bir değerlendirmeye de yer verilmiştir. Bilindiği gibi, Şer?iyye Sicilleri önemli tarih kaynaklarıdır. Sicillerdeki bilgiler ışığında Karahisar-ı sahip'in (Afyonkarahisar) idari ve sosyo-ekonomik durumu hakkında önemli bilgiler verilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma neticesinde Afyon Tarihi'nin 1735-1736 yıllarındaki durumu ortaya konulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Karahisar-ı Sahib, Şer'iye Sicili, Kadı, Vakıf.

Court records are important archive sources of Ottoman State. Court record is one of the most significant sources to enlighten our history in terms of social, economic, commercial, agricultural, local, military and political affairs. In this study, the court records of Karahisar-ı Sahip with number 243 belonging to the years of 1735 – 1736 (Hijri Ş. 1148 – C. 1149) were examined. The transcription of 59 leaf documents taking place in the book was carried out. In addition, a general evaluation was given place as well. As it is known, Court Records are important historic sources. Significant information about administrative and socio-economic situation of Karahisar-ı Sahip was submitted in this study. As a result of this investigation performed, the situation of Afyon History between 1735 and 1736 was put forth. Key Words : Karahisar-ı Sahib, Court Record, Muslim Judge, Foundation
