GEBELİĞİN HİPERTANSİF HASTALIKLARINDA SERUM SİTOKİN VE PLAZMA KİSSPEPTİN DÜZEYLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Gebeliğin hipertansif hastalıkları maternal ve neonatal morbidite ve mortalitenin en sık nedenlerinden biridir. Fizyopatolojide sitokinlerin önemli rolü olduğu düşünülmektedir.Bu çalışmanın amacı, gebeliğin hipertansif hastalıklarında maternal serum IL?10, IL?13, TNF- ?, IFN-?, TGF-ß1 ve plazma Kisspeptin düzeylerinin araştırılmasıdır.Şubat 2008- Mayıs 2009 tarihleri arasında, yaşları 18 ile 42 arasında değişmekte olan (yaş ortalaması 26,1± 6,2) 20 normal sağlıklı gebe, 20 hafif preeklampsi, 20 ağır preeklampsi ve 20 HELLP sendromu tanısı alan toplam 80 olgu çalışmaya dahil edildi.HELLP sendromlu grupta, normal gruba göre serum IL?10 (p=0,03), TNF- ? (p=0,04) ve plazma Kisspeptin (p=0,01) düzeyleri anlamlı yüksek izlendi. Normal grup ile preeklampsi grupları arasında serum IL?10, IL?13, TNF- ? , IFN-?, TGF- ß1 ve plasma Kisspeptin düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılık izlenmedi (p>0,05).Bu çalışma, HELLP sendromlu olgularda plazma Kisspeptin düzeylerinin ölçümü ile ilgili ilk çalışmadır. Normal sağlıklı gebelere göre plazma Kisspeptin, serum IL?10 ve TNF?? düzeyleri HELLP sendromlu olgularda anlamlı olarak yüksek saptandı. Sonuç olarak HELLP sendromlu olgularda, plazma Kisspeptin ve serum IL?10 ve TNF- ? düzeylerinin artabileceği ve fizyolopatolojide rolü olabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.

Cytokines may play an important role in physiopathologyThe aim this study is to determine the maternal serum IL-10, IL-13, TNF- ?, IFN-?, TGF-ß1 and plasma Kisspeptin levels in hypertensive disorders of the pregnancy.Between February 2008-May 2009, between ages of 18-42 years (mean age 26,1±14,1 years), 20 normal, 20 mild preeclamptic, 20 severe preeclamptic and, 20 pregnant women complicated by HELLP syndromes, total 80 pregnant women were included in to the study.It was determined that the levels of serum IL-10 (p=0,03), TNF- ? (p=0,04) and plasma Kisspeptin (p=0,01) were significantly higher in HELLP syndrome group when compared with normal pregnant group. There were no significant difference between normal and preeclamptic groups regarding the levels of serum IL-10, IL-13, TNF- ?, IFN-?, TGF- ß1 and plasma Kisspeptin. (p>0,05).This is the first study in which plasma Kisspeptin levels were determined in cases with HELLP syndrome. Kisspeptin, serum IL?10 and TNF?? levels were found significantly higher in the HELLP syndrome cases compared to the normal healthy pregnant. In conclusion, these results suggest that plasma levels of Kisspeptin, IL?10 and TNF?? might increase in cases with HELLP syndrome and this may play role in the physiopathology of this disorder.
