BİLGİSAYAR DESTEKLİ EĞİTİM KAPSAMINDA BİR UYGULAMA İNTEL GELECEK İÇİN EĞİTİM PROJESİ (ELAZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Arastıranın genel amacı, Intel Ögretmen Programı kapsamında ögretmenlere verilen egitimin degerlendirmesini yapmak ve ögretmenlerin aldıkları egitimi sınıf içi etkinliklerine ne derece yansıttıklarını incelemektir. Bu genel amaç dogrultusunda, 2006 ? 2007 ögretim yılında Elazıg ilinde programın uygulandıgı okullarda bulunan ögretmenlerin verimliliklerine yönelik bir arastırma yapılmıstır. Arastırma tarama modeli kullanılarak gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırmanın evreni Elazıg ilinde görev yapan ve Intel Gelecek çin Egitim kursuna katılan ve 170 ögretmenden olusmaktadır. Örneklemi ise evrenin tamamını kapsamıstır. Arastırma kapsamında, ilgili literatür taraması ve uzman görüsleriyle elde edilen veriler degerlendirilerek kuramsal boyut olusturulmustur. Kuramsal boyut çerçevesinde anket sorularının gerekli degerlendirmeleri yapılmıs ve uzaman görüslerinden faydalandıktan sonra uygulanmıstır. Anket sonunda elde edilen bulguların bazıları sunlardır: Ögretmenlerin program içeriginde yeterince faydalanamadıgı görülmüstür. Ögretmenler proje dâhilinde hazırlanan Web site tasarımlarından, brosür, bülten tasarımından yeterince yararlanamadıkları görülmüstür. Hemen hemen hiç biri Web sitesi tasarlamamıs ve yayınlaması gereken içerigi yayınlamamıstır. Sene sonu portfolyo sergisi düzenlenmemistir

The main puipose of this research?s to evaluate the teachers who have benn given the intel teacher program and how effectively they use this in the class activitres n this frame, a research about the effectivitres of teachers has benn held at schools where the program applied in Elazıg. Through the 2006 ? 2007 education year. The research was done via scanning model. The research covers 170 teachers working in Elazıg and taking INTEL Teacher Program Course and whole 170 teachers attended the research. Theorical backraund depends on the related literature and expert views. The assesment of the questionnaire. Was done through the specialist views, then the survey was practiced. The main results of the rersearch are; the teachers attended the course couldn?t make use of the program content. They couldn?t use the web site desinging, booklets and bultens effectively. Approximately none of the attenders desingned a website and broadcasted the necessary content. The year and portfolio wasn?t exhibited
