SİVEREK (ŞANLIURFA) FETTAHLI EVİNİN KORUMA SORUNSALI BAĞLAMINDA RESTORASYON ÖNERİSİ

Abstract

Geleneksel yapılar hem tarihi değeri olan hem de bir belge niteliği taşıyan yapılardır. Diğer yandan kentlerin dokusunu oluşturması ve yaşayanlar için aidiyet hissi yaratması önemini arttırmaktadır. Bu yapıların bir kısmı günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Ancak bu yapıların korunması ve restorasyonu ile ilgili gerekli önemin verilmediği söylenebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Siverek sivil mimarlık örnekleri kapsamında geleneksel konut mimarisi ele alınmıştır. Tarihi bir kent olan Siverek'te özgün mimari özellikliği taşıyan konutlar yer almaktadır. Söz konusu konutlar zamanın getirdiği bozulmalar ve değişimlerle tehlike altındadır. Bu bağlamda yeterli koruma önlemlerinin alınmaması sebebiyle bu çalışmanın yapılmasına karar verilmiştir. Konusu, Siverek (Şanlıurfa) Fettahlı evinin koruma sorunsalı bağlamında restorasyon önerisi olan bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, çalışmanın amacının ve genel bilgilerin yer aldığı giriş bölümü, ikinci bölümde, geleneksel mimari ve geleneksel mimarinin korunması hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde, Siverek ilçesinin fiziksel, tarihi ve mimari özellikleri anlatılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde çalışmanın materyal ve metot kısmı yer almaktadır. Beşinci bölümde Fettahlı Evi (199-8) ve 199-3, 199-5, 190-14, 199-16, 192-17 ada parsel numaralı evlerin mimari özellikleriyle ilgili çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Son bölümde ise tez çalışması ile ilgili genel değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.

Traditional structures are structures that have both historical value and document quality. On the other hand, it is very important in terms of forming the texture of cities and a sense of belonging for the inhabitants. Some of these structures have survived to the present day. However, it can be said that the necessary importance is not given to the protection and restoration of the structures. In this study, traditional residential architecture is discussed within the scope of Siverek civil architecture examples. In Siverek, which is a historical city, there are houses with unique architectural features. The dwellings in question are in danger with the deterioration and changes brought about by time. In this context, it was decided to carry out this study due to the lack of adequate protection measures. The subject of this study, which is a restoration proposal in the context of the conservation problem of the Siverek (Şanlıurfa) Fettahlı house, consists of six chapters. In the first part, the aim of the study and general information are given in the introduction, in the second part, information about traditional architecture and the preservation of traditional architecture is given. In the third chapter, the physical, historical and architectural features of the Siverek district are explained. The fourth chapter includes the material and method part of the study. In the fifth chapter, studies on the architectural features of the Fettahlı House (199-8) and the houses with parcel numbers 199-3, 199-5, 190-14, 199-16, 192-17 were carried out. In the last part, general evaluations about the thesis study were made.
