8-T-BÜTİL-4-METİLKUMARİN'İN SENTEZİ VE YAPISAL ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 8-t-bütil-4-metilkumarin bileşiğinin deneysel olarak sentezlenmesi, kuantum kimyasal hesaplamaları ve antibakteriyel, antifungal ve antioksidan gibi biyolojik özelliklerinin incelenmesini sunmaktadır. Orto t-bütilfonol ve Etil asetoasetat bileşiğinin reaksiyonu ile 8-t-bütil-4-metilkumarinbileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen 8-t-bütil-4-metilkumarin bileşiğinin deneysel olarak FT-IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR gibi spektroskopik teknikleri ile aydınlatılmıştır. Ayrıca deneysel olarak elde edilen 8-t-bütil-4-metilkumarin bileşiğinin teorik olarak da Gaussian ve Yoğunluk Fonksiyonel Teorisi (DFT) metodu gibi yöntemler ile çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen hem deneysel hem de teorik çalışmalar neticesinde elde edilen bulguların birbirlerini destekler nitelikte olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Son olarak 8-t-bütil-4-metilkumarin bileşiğinin antibakteriyel, antifungal ve antioksidan gibi biyolojik aktiviteler incelenmiştir.

This study presents the experimental synthesis of the compound 8-t-butyl-4-methylcoumarin, quantum chemical calculations, and examination of its biological properties such as antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant. 8-t-butyl-4-methylcoumarin compound was synthesized by the reaction of ortho t-butyl phenol and Ethyl acetoacetate compound. The synthesized 8-t-butyl-4methylcoumarin compound was experimentally illuminated by spectroscopic techniques such as FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. In addition, the experimentally obtained 8-t-butyl-4-methylcoumarin compound was theoretically studied using methods such as Gaussian and Density Functional Theory (DFT) methods. It has been observed that the findings obtained as a result of both experimental and theoretical studies support each other. Finally, biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant of the 8-t-butyl-4-methyl coumarin compound were examined.
