| dc.description.abstract | Prune-Belly sendromu karın kaslarının yokluğu, bilateral inmemiş testis ve üriner sistem anomalileri ile karakterize bir sendromdur. İntrauterin dönemde 29 haftalık bir fetusta rutin ultrasonografik inceleme sırasında Prune-Belly sendromu düşünüldü. Prune-Belly sendromunda çeşitli derecede renal tutulum olsa da, fetal ve postnatal prognozu belirlemede major faktör renal displazidir. Doğumdan sonra tanısı kesinleştirilen olgu literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunuldu. | |
